Our team sets up access equipment, strips the old covering, and inspects the deck and battens. Any structural repairs are completed before new tiles go on.
Tiles are laid to manufacturer specification, BS 5534:2014+A2:2018 (Slating and Tiling), and the Scottish Building Regulations Technical Handbook. All flashings, ridges, hips, and valleys are finished to a watertight standard.
We inspect and photograph the completed roof, clear the site, and walk you through the work before we leave.
