How we carry out a roof inspection.

Every inspection follows the same five-step process. The methodical approach is what produces a report you can actually act on, photographed, graded by urgency, and costed where possible.

Initial assessment

We review property details and agree access requirements before attending.

External inspection

Systematic examination of covering materials and flashings, rainwater goods (gutters, fascias, soffits), chimneys and roof penetrations including Velux windows.

Internal check

Loft or ceiling void inspection where accessible, looking for signs of water ingress, condensation and structural movement.

Photography and documentation

Every defect photographed and referenced to the relevant roof area.

Written report

Condition ratings with prioritised repair recommendations and cost estimates. Delivered within 48 hours of the site visit, subject to survey complexity.
